Whether your experience was a traumatic one or just not what you were expecting or hoping for, a Birth Healing Session may be just what you need to be able to see your birth from a fresh perspective or to begin to heal.

During your Birth Healing Session you will be listened to and supported, I will work with you to unpack and work through the feelings surrounding your birth so you can start to move forward and heal.
